Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

It is important to realize that reading people is a skill. You don't become great at it over night or an expert right after reading the book. Just like any other skill, you have to practice and work at it. You develop the skill of paying attention and picking up on the little things. Once you are able to do that, you then have to determine what all of those things mean. I'm a single male, small business owner and avid poker player. Being able to read people can be very useful in dating, business and at the poker table.

Where does Autoimmune Disease Anti-Inflammatory Diet rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I really like the layout of this book. It gives you a lot of information about not only what foods you should eat, but also what foods you should avoid. The breakdown of the recipes is nice too because you can go right to whatever type of snack or meal you're wanting. The recipes are really easy to follow too.

Where does Walking: Weight Loss Motivation rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I am convinced that this is the ultimate book that will lead me to a fit and active lifestyle that I have always wanted! There is no magic formula in this book, just solid advice based on common sense. This book is just so perfect for anyone who wants to stay fit and healthy and to lose weight at the same time in the most sensible way possible. I really like that it’s all-encompassing, so there’s no reason not to get this book and get moving now!
