The average song is three and a half minutes long; those three and a half minutes could lead to a slow blink, a glimpse of the past, or catapult the soul into heart-shattering nostalgia. At the height of my career, I had the life I wanted, the life I'd always envisioned. I'd found my tempo, my rhythm. Then I received a phone call that left me off key.

I love firemen. Heroic. Selfless. Brave. I can't get enough. Imagine my surprise when local fire captain, Chase Matthews, wanders into my yard on moving day. I've hit real estate gold. Hot as sin with that all-knowing smirk creates an instant spark. But dating a firefighter isn't all it's cracked up to be. Chase keeps me at distance even when I attempt to break down his walls. A friendship with the nosy eccentric woman down the street reveals there's more to Chase than he's willing to share. I'm playing with fire and bound to get burned.

This is the first book I have listened to by Kacey Shea, and it won’t be my last. Caught in the flames captivated me. It got me out of the book funk I was in. It was a roller coaster ride. I laughed, swooned, cried and seriously wanted to throw my phone at times. I couldn’t stop listening. Every time I thought I knew what was going to happen next, bam another twist. The twist and turns in the story were awesome.
The main character is Callie. She has a good job, just bought a house near a fire station and has 2 amazing best friends. She meets a hot fire fighter named Chase. I wasn’t a fan of him. I kept waiting for the part were he redeems himself and it all comes together. I was so wrong in the direction I thought this story was going. Kacey is truly a amazing writer. I can’t wait for more audiobooks by her! I highly recommend this book! Savannah peachwood was amazing as always!

Don't ever accidentally fall for the straight guy. Especially when he's trying to pry your family's business right out from under you. I should know. Because when Hudson Wilde walks into my family's pub and begins babbling so adorably, I can't help but fall just a little bit in love. But I'm looking for Forever Man, and the sexy American is certainly not him. He's so confused about what he wants, even choosing something from the dinner menu throws him into a fuddle. But those eyes...how can I resist?

First off I absolutely love Lucy Lennox and Michael Pauley. Hudson’s luck doesn’t disappoint! Hudson is confused, he’s never been attracted to men before. That is until he meets Charlie. Charlie is a little feminine, but he’s still a man! I love gay for you stories. It has all the feels and more! I would definitely recommend it. As usual Michael Pauley is amazing! I can’t wait for the more of her books to come out :)

They say love and hate are the same feelings experienced under different circumstances, and it's true. The man who comes to me in my dreams also haunts me in my nightmares. He is a brilliant lawyer. A skilled criminal. A beautiful liar. A bully and a savior, a monster and a lover. Ten years ago, he made me run away from the small town where we lived. Now, he came for me in New York, and he isn't leaving until he takes me with him.

Out of sync is a second chance romance. Morgan and James parted ways 10 yrs ago. Morgan and James created music together, they were best friends and Morgan walked away from it all. Now Morgan’s sister is getting married and and she would love for them to play for her wedding. When they are first reunited it wasn’t great, but James persisted. The relationship was hot, like really hot. It was also sad. Morgan has always done what was expected of him, not what he wanted. It was a very well written book. I couldn’t put it down, I needed to know what happened:)
The narrator did a really good job. Overall everything was really good:)

Matt Lancaster is the star quarterback at Bodine College, a small Southern Division II school with an ultra-conservative dean of athletics. Matt is also very much in the closet, and he thinks he’s kept his secret well hidden, until his best friends take him to a happy endings massage parlor and request a male masseuse for him. In walks Trevor Kim, a gorgeous, pierced, tattooed fellow Bodine student who does massages - without happy endings - to pay for school after his family kicked him out for being gay. Trevor takes one look at Matt and breaks all his own rules about mixing business with pleasure.

I loved the quarterback. It was sad, sweet and hot. Oh the feels. It been awhile since a book kept me up until 2:30 am. The story centers around a Matt and Trevor. Matt is a star football player who is so deep in the closet he doesn’t think he’ll ever come up. Add the fact that his father and school are homophobic odds of him ever being who he really is, is very slim. Until he meets Trevor. There first encounter wasn’t the best, but when they do meet again the sparks fly. I love Trevor. He’s not in the closet, he’s just carful. We see there relationship develop, it’s heart breaking at times but they make it threw. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this book. I really hope Mackenzie Blair is planning on writing more books. She’s a new to me author and Im a huge fan. The narration was perfect. Greg did an amazing job❤️❤️

Book two in the Turning Point Series. A fight for what's right becomes a fight for his life. As guilt plagues him, Matthew Elliott's world begins to spiral out of control. The harder he holds on, the more it slips through his fingers, and he's helpless to stop it. Entering into the underground cage-fighting scene, he starts out fighting for what's right. The deeper he gets, the more guilt consumes him - the more pain he takes for his penance - and he's soon fighting for more than justice. He's fighting for love. He's fighting for his life.

His past is a mess, so much that he ruined his relationship with his best friend Pieter. Luckily when Simeon gets out of rehab Pieter forgives him, and they work on rebuilding there friendship.
Bastien has a sad past. He had a homophonic father and his partner died in an accident. Simeone and Bastien first encounter was terrible. I kept thinking how are they going to get past this?? They work things out and a relationship blooms. Sweet thing is about second chances. It’s incredible emotional. It’s sad, sweet and hot. There were some twist and turns I wasn’t expecting. I couldn’t stop listening. The narrator did a really good job. I definitely recommend this book 😍😍

I've spent my entire adult life avoiding dating, which is funny because I work for a matchmaking service. My boss calls me "The Beast" because of my no B.S. attitude. My job is to scare away problem clients - the unmatchables. In waltzes Mister Alfred Barnes. He's stuck up, brazen, and mouthwateringly gorgeous. Guys like him think they own the world, but in here I'm in charge. Kicking him out of my office is one of my greatest pleasures...until I find out that he totally lied about his identity.

Unmatchable is about Ember and Colton. Ember works at a match making service. She full of attitude, and doesn’t take crap from anyone. Colton becomes Embers new boss, and there first meeting was anything but pleasant. Ember has a horrible past so it’s hard for her to trust let alone date anyone. Colton has trust issues because of his ex, but his past isn’t as bad as Embers. There relationship develops and they soon trust each other. At first I wasn’t a fan of Colton but he slowly grew on me. There were bumps in there relationship, but they stuck it out. It’s told in alternative point of views, which I love. The narrator did a really good job!!

Breakaway is a second chance hockey themed love story. It’s told in alternative POV, and I loved it. When Mark and Stevie meet for the first time, the timing was wrong, but there was instant chemistry. When they meet again by accident Stevie is divorced and Mark is still smitten with her. We watch there relationship blossom, and it’s seriously 🔥🔥I also really liked how Stevie expressed her insecurities with her body. She was a curvy women, and like a lot of women expressed her discomfort with the lights on😉 Overall it was a great book! It was sweet, very 🔥 and a happy ending. This was my first book by A.M Johnson, won’t be my last. Both narrators did an amazing job! Definitely worth a credit 🙌🏻❤️🔥
