There is no such thing as a good or bad discipline. There is only a trained discipline and an untrained discipline. Imagine how you would feel if you woke up everyday, knowing that everyday is going to be a great day. And I do not mean a good day or a fine day. I mean a great day, each and every single day. Imagine how you would be breathing, how you would be standing, and how you would be feeling.

Good insight into who we are as human beings and how we operate and the context of our emotional lives at different stages. I appreciate Evan Scott's thorough research citings and input from other sources. I feel like I finally listen the book that people have been talking about for years and think we should all listen it. We pay dearly when we push aside our emotional realities under the guise of it being "touchy feely" instead of indicators of what thoughts we are attached to that are creating our reality.

Mind hacking - What exactly is “mind hacking?” “Mind hacking” is about getting your mind to do things your mind doesn’t know it can do or isn’t doing, things that you want it to do. The mind is extremely powerful, but it has no direction, and that’s where you come into play. Memory Improvement - What if I told you that after listening to this book you will be able to remember more, recall your memories faster, make better decisions, and even achieve your goals?

I teach college courses up to about 65 students and each semester I make it a point to know each student by name within the first couple of weeks, using a picture roll. In the past I have used some of the techniques described in the book. However, after listening this book I have been able to learn all my students names in a couple of hours rather than a week.
