When a letter from his supposedly deceased mother finds its way into his hands, life changes in an instant for international pop star Bodhi Beckett. Reeling from the deception of those closest to him, Bodhi spirals out of control and is sent to a secluded mansion in the coastal mountains of Southern California for some rest and relaxation. But the retreat proves to be anything but relaxing when a raging wildfire sets the landscape around him ablaze. While escaping the flames, Bodhi rescues Breeze, a quirky, pet-loving woman, and together the two fight their way to safety.

I love Zachary Weber’s voice. He makes even the worst text come alive. Unfortunately, Callie Dalton voice didn’t add to the text. Her voice allowed the flaws of the story line shine through. The story was moderately interesting if the author could have added more richness to the heroine I think the story would have been more complying.

What an interesting blend of stories. This had it all loss, love, drama, death and rebirth. The emotions I felt while listening were all worth it to come to the lovely HEA ending. All I want to do right now is hear it again. Jacob Morgan’s voice to hypnotic. He pulls pulls you in doesn’t let go.

Money or love? Which would you choose? You probably just answered the question in your head, thinking it's an easy decision. For me, it's not. Did I mention it's a lot of money? A hell of a lot. I needed to go far away to think it through. As I embarked on an impulsive trip, I hit a detour when I met sexy Carter in the airport lounge. We struck up a heated conversation. Then, he left. I thought I'd never see him again. But fate had other plans. Surprise! He was the pilot of my flight.

We fell in love during the campaign. The stakes were high. Reputations could have been ruined. Scandal hovered over us like a cloud. Now the man I love is the President of the United States of America. And it's not my vote he's after. He wants it all - my heart, my body, my soul. He wants me by his side. In the White House. Normalcy will be gone from my life, privacy forgotten. I am only 23. I just wanted to play a part in history. But it seems like history wasn't done with me.

This book makes you fall in love with the idea of freedom and democracy. It reminds you why we strive to be in a country were you are freedom to choose. It also reminds you of the live of love and how love can overcome a multitude of things and still flourish. The dual narration makes the story even more beautiful and passionate. It is truly worth the credit I spent. I'm so glad to have such a beautiful tale in my collection.

I met Bianca in an elevator. She was on her way to interview me when we got stuck. The beautiful raven-haired reporter assumed I was a delivery guy because of the way I was dressed. She had no clue I was really Dex Truitt, the wealthy, successful businessman she'd dubbed "Mister Moneybags" - her afternoon appointment. Bianca told me how much she hated Dex's type - snobby, over-educated, silver-spooned men who didn't appreciate the simple things in life.

I purchased this book because I love Sebastian York and Andi Ardt, and Suck Up Suit by this author team was good. Unfortunately this story was weird. I loved the idea of alter egos dueling for the same girl but when it spun into mother's affair leading to the heroine possibly being related to her beau I was thrown off. I understand the authors were going for the theme of how lies can come back and bite you, but really. I was invested in the beginning storyline. I just wish the authors had chosen to only do a single twist versus the 3-4 they throw at you.

The only permanent thing in my life is the ink I put on my clients. I drift from city to city, in and out of beds, from one tattoo shop to the next. Every time I start to put down roots, I rip them up. Until New Orleans. Until her. She's everything I'm not. Full of fire and life. An innocent where I'm a sinner. I want to consume her. Protect her. It's a okay listen if you like the author and narrators but if you are new to the series pick Beneath this ink and Beneath this mask.

The first time I met Chase Parker, I didn't exactly make a good impression. I was hiding in the bathroom hallway of a restaurant, leaving a message for my best friend to save me from my awful date. He overheard and told me I was a bitch, then proceeded to offer me some dating advice. So I told him to mind his own damn business and went back to my miserable date. I couldn't help but sneak hidden glances at the condescending jerk on the other side of the room. Of course, he caught me on more than one occasion, and winked.

I love Angelica Lee's performance her voice was perfect for this novel. The other narrator was not necessary. He made it corny and cheese.

The story was average in many ways. It hit all the major points of a romance novel. So I think others would love it.

What I did love about this book were the characters. They were realistic and alive. I'm looking forward to see what the author does next with them.
