This book was smart, concise, and insightful. The book keeps the details at a detailed enough level that you feel it's worth your time listening. It mixes in a moderate amount of technical discussion that is important to understanding the basics. I liked this book a lot.

Doug and Chuck are a couple of normal guys who happen to run a successful software development company. The thing is, they don't live in Silicon Valley. They don't have MBAs. And neither of them knows anything about computer programming. Oh, and Doug and Chuck aren't their real names. This audiobook outlines an eight-step process that enables someone with absolutely no knowledge of computer programming to start and run a successful mobile software business.

I am 80% through this book and I'm finding it extremely painful to try and finish. The book is just ok but it seems to hang its hat on the idea of outsourcing being their secret (not a secret).

it's the kind of advice that someone would give over a cup of coffee another who is really clueless and wants a super high level overview of making an app.

If that's you, you might like this book. I just was not expecting it to be so rudimentary. I did read the book summary but I didn't get the sense that the book was this simple.

in the hypnosis sessions Paul delivers audio to the left and right here, however on audible Android it only comes out as mono. So both ears get both the left and right channels. It reduces the effectiveness because he's talking over himself in both ears. This would be an awesome book and perfect otherwise.
