What made the experience of listening to The Alchemyst the most enjoyable?

although a interesting premise and a well thought out magic system, by the end of the book I just wanted to bitch slap the brother with a bat. his jealously and lack of good sense was sucking my enjoyment from the rest of the book.

What made the experience of listening to Swallowing Darkness the most enjoyable?

the story was great, the resolution a needed development for the characters.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

the best of any fey related fiction I've ever read

Any additional comments?

although a very talented actress, the british accent for an american eleven princess was a horrible choice. I really hate it when the narrator changes when the regular one was doing such a great job.
