The Doctrine and Ritual of High Magic
- A New Translation
- By: Eliphas Lévi, John Michael Greer - translator, Mark Anthony Mikituk - translator
- Narrated by: Sean Pratt
- Length: 16 hrs and 49 mins
Filling a huge gap in our spiritual culture, here - at last - is a comprehensive and elegant translation of the 1854 French masterwork of occult philosophy. The Doctrine and Ritual of High Magic reignited the esoteric spiritual search in the West and led to the emergence of Madame Blavatsky, Manly P. Hall, and the New Age revolution.
A performance tour de force!

Required reading for the fearless.
⛧ If you are a coward, dimwitted, lazy, or satisfied pass by this book and curse it thoroughly in public and private. Take refuge in your ignorance and so that you may not be exposed to your incompetence. But if you desire truth, grasp it firmly and read it in silent places. Hold your tongue. Witness the verb. ⛧

The Bug wiped out more than 90 percent of humanity 100 years ago. The Bug has to be gone by now. Except everyone thinks the Bug still kills anyone whose heart rate goes over 140 beats per minutes. But one night after curfew, on the border of New Frisko, Nik tampers with his Papa with terrible consequences. And when a brutal, high-tech enforcement squad from the city shows up, Nik goes on the run.

Dystopian Whiz-kid Epic adventure.
Smart kid takes down a big-brother world.
A great addition to the apocalyptic genre for young adults. I look forward to the other Adventures the author has in store for the characters.
