If the quotes about the Law of Attraction are attracting you, it is time to gain more. Read the book to learn more, and do the exercises to personalize and dive deeper. This book is like finding the instruction manual to life. I listened all the way through and by the end something clicked. I'm now going through the exercise and becoming more than I thought possible. You must change your thinking to change your life. Thank you Michael J. Losier for writing this book. Thank you Universe.

Say it isn't so! You are coming to the end of your novel...DUN, dun, dunnnnn...and now you have no idea what to write or what to do. How are you going to wrap up those loose ends in time (before the deadline of your debut novel)? I mean, brainstorming doesn't seem to work; inspiration from similar novels and the support of fellow authors doesn't seem to work. What, oh what, can a serious writer do in order to get the job done?

She may go out once a day to markets whose signs are now pictures because women are not allowed to read. She must pray that the Commander makes her pregnant, for in a time of declining birthrates her value lies in her fertility, and failure means exile to the dangerously polluted Colonies. Offred can remember a time when she lived with her husband and daughter and had a job, before she lost even her own name....

I am not sure why this is considered Sci-Fi. it is mostly horry. Certainly should not be read by anyone who might instill it literally. Atwood does a masterful job of making women's existence meaningless and yet unbearably needed. I can't say I enjoyed the book, to dystopia for me. It is one I won't forget. Certainly, we are more, we have evolved, but I can see this happening so easily that it scared me.

Basic overview of plot not creativity. Great advice on organizing thoughts. Concise. I would recomnend reading all the way through than getting out the workbook she suggest and doing the assignmemts. I am doing one a day. It works, but as a pantser, there are times when just writting seems less time consuming in the beginning, but I stuck with it and finding my writing is faster and more to the point, less cutting and revising. So, plot now or cut later. I think the book is a good tool.
