Concealed deep within China's inland borders is one of the most secret airplanes ever flown, known as Devil Dragon. She's sleek, unbelievably fast, and mysterious - her test pilots have one mission in mind: make her test flights successful for operational use as soon as possible. Or sooner. But when strange transmissions of pilots are recorded without an aircraft appearing on radar and bizarre cell phone signals are detected at towers hundreds of miles apart, Ford Stevens is asked to take on the most dangerous assignment of his life.

Any additional comments?

Plot line had some promise but I couldn't get past the narration. Probably the worst I've heard. At some points I thought my 9 year old was reading the book to me, his narration was so bad. Also his Asian accents were a joke. They weren't really accents but just slower reading. Quit 1/3 of the way into the book.

After five years on the run, Court Gentry is back on the inside at the CIA. But his first mission makes him wish he had stayed on the outs when a pair of Chinese agents try to take him down in Hong Kong. Normally the Chinese prefer to stay eyes-only on foreign agents. So why are they on such high alert? Court's high stakes hunt for answers takes him across Southeast Asia and leads to his old friend, Donald Fitzroy, who is being held hostage by the Chinese.

Would you ever listen to anything by Mark Greaney again?

yep...Greaney has built a lot of cred

Would you be willing to try another one of Jay Snyder’s performances?

Yes, usually don't pick a book due to to the narrator but Snyder is not my favorite at least with this book.

What character would you cut from Gunmetal Gray?

Too many to choose from

Any additional comments?

Sorry but this was the worst book of Grey Man series. Story line was dull, slow moving, dialogue was poor. Narrators attempt at accents was laughable. Hopefully I'm wrong but this might similar to what Lee Child has morphed the Reacher books into.....boring!!! Perhaps Greaney is spending to much time on the the Jack Ryan novels?
