Wow. I'm relatively new to meditation and Jeremy makes it really approachable. The meditations are really short (5-10min) and easy to fit in in the mornings (I try to do them right when I wake up). His voice is super calming and grounding. After a week of rotating through the meditations I feel like I'm staring off my days calmer and on a more positive note!

This program is amazing. It feels like having Katie as a coach right by my side during my runs. I'm a runner and have done half marathons and marathons before. I typically follow an online plan (like Hal Higdon). But this audio training program is way more engaging and fun. Katie is an experienced runner and will coach you on the right running form and breathing, push you in the speed and interval sessions and also share tips on nutrition, recovery, and race prep. Highly recommended if you're new to running, want to mix up your routine or achieve a new PR!
