Ever since American Assassin I have been a fan of the series. Book is hard to put down - I literally listened as often as possible (even during 10 min drives). If you are a fan of the series you will enjoy it.

Not only well written but Lou Diamond Phillips did a bang out job. I knew he was a good actor, didn’t realize he was such a good narrator. Highly recommend. Hard to put down.

Another great thriller from Vince Flynn. Nick Sullivan has to be one of my favorite narrators. Does a great job reflecting the different people in the story. Highly recommended!

Every day, we make decisions on topics ranging from personal investments to schools for our children to the meals we eat to the causes we champion. Unfortunately, we often choose poorly. The reason, the authors explain, is that, being human, we are all susceptible to various biases that can lead us to blunder. Our mistakes make us poorer and less healthy; we often make bad decisions involving education, personal finance, health care, mortgages and credit cards, the family, and even the planet itself.

To be fair, this book was written in 2008. As of this review is is 2018 and most of the suggestions either exist in some fashion or are outdated. While giving insight into behavioral economics I did not find anything insightful.

Finally, thank god I didn’t have to drink every time “libertarian paternalism” was used in the book. I would have died from alcohol poisoning before chapter 2 was done.

It was hard first to get into a story with so many RPG references but you get used to it. The narrator did an outstanding job! You could easily tell the different characters based on the change of voice.

The San Francisco Chronicle declared, "Yogananda presents a convincing case for yoga, and those who 'came to scoff' may remain 'to pray." Today it is still one of the most widely read and respected books ever published on the wisdom of the East.

The book has nuggets of wisdom and there are areas that I have marked to review. As a whole I found it to be too metaphysical: expounding on the mysticism of gurus in India instead of spiritual insight that I was hoping for.
