Aggie and Betty hop a plane for a girls weekend in Vegas, but before they can get the fun started an incident happens on the plane that sparks Aggie's inner detective to solve a crime. I like the mystery, humor and narration of these books. Aggie feels like a cross between Mama on Mama's Family and Angela Lansbury on Murder She Wrote. Never a dull moment with this quick witted character. I highly recommend this and all Aggie Underhill stories. So he threw down his sword and walked away, to live a solitary life, cultivating a reputation as a sorcerer. But his prized tranquility was shattered when the villagers brought him a bride. Gwenyth de Auburd was a raven-haired beauty too impudent to ignore and too tempting to resist.

I'm a fan of Shayla Black but I wasn't sure how I'd feel about a period piece written by her. She rocked it! After listening I bought the entire series. This book is the perfect combination of enthralling historical romance blended with Shayla's sinfully sensual bedroom scenes. Of course these scenes were made even better with Tim's narration. I'd never heard of him before, but he's on my romance radar now.
I can't wait to dive into the next book in the series.

Picture this - I’m ready to win back the love of my life, and I’m going big this time. We’re talking boom box, sing her name in the rain, let the whole damn neighborhood know I'm good and ready this time around. After all, if you're going to grand gesture the ever-loving hell out of a second chance, you need to pull out all the stops. There’s only one little problem. My college girlfriend isn't the one who shows up when I play my "I'll do anything to win you back" tune. The woman who flings open the second-floor window tells me my ex doesn’t live here anymore.

This angsty listen is sexy and fun. The narrators kill it! Both did an outstanding job!! There's plenty tummy fluttering flirting. The characters are likeable & interesting. I love the tidbits of humor combined with movie quotes. That was a pleasant way to remember some of the films I love. I say it's well worth a credit and would recommend it to a friend.

Your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life, right? That's what they say, at least. I went into that day hoping I'd get the happiest day of my life. What I got? The worst. I mean, you really can't get any worse of a day without someone actually dying. So...I may have gotten just a little drunk, and maybe just a tad impetuous...and landed myself in a dive bar somewhere in Alaska, alone, still in my wedding dress, half wasted and heartbroken.

This book was so good I devoured it in one day. I loved the characters!! Unfortunately, it took the death of a parent for this great group of brothers to realize home is where the heart is. And there's no love like the love of family. Fortunately for Dru, she walked into the right bar while down on her luck and discovered the same love, especially since her Fiancee is a low down dirty rotten.. Well, you get the point.
Normally I'm not a fan of instant love, but this book is so good I just rolled with it. The intimate scenes were definitely on the o-o-omg meter considering all the teasing banter that went on between Dru and Sebastian. This listen will make you want to laugh, punch someone, and swoon all in one sitting lol. And both narrators gave perfect performances. This was certainly a credit well spent!

In keeping with the same formula that makes these Aggie Underhill stories so good this one also has humor and mystery.
Aggie goes on a spy mission that involves Tom and takes Betty and Roger along for the ride. While Betty tries to settle a hilarious bet, an elf ends up in a pickle.
This book was fun, entertaining, and well narrated. I highly recommend this book and the rest of the series.

In this day in age where most kids want everything to be handed to them, it's nice to find a book that promotes gratitude for hardwork. This is a fun way for young people to realize that putting in the effort to get what you want will make you appreciate it more. The narrator did an outstanding job, especially with the kid voices. I highly recommend this book to parents who want to teach their kids what a good work ethic is. I was given a free copy of this book at my request and have voluntarily decided to leave this review.
