Four decades after it first shook the nation, then the world, William Peter Blatty's thrilling masterwork of faith and demonic possession returns in an even more powerful form. Raw and profane, shocking and blood-chilling, it remains a modern parable of good and evil and perhaps the most terrifying novel ever written.

What did you love best about The Exorcist?

I bought this last year and just listened a second time. Narrated by the author himself makes every character seem more alive. He knew how each one would be when he wrote them so his reading amazing! His voice is deep and somewhat menacing which adds to the horror.

What did you like best about this story?

Everything

What about William Peter Blatty and Eliana Shaskan ’s performance did you like?

The best!!! Even though his other audio book is not horror I am going to get it just for his narration

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It always make me dig down in my spirit and look at my own faith

What disappointed you about Exorcist III?

This is full of loud sound effects with no comprehension as to what is going on (Even after seeing the movie many times. It's a collection of audio clips from the movie so it's like trying to watch the movie from another room in the house. Horribly disappointing esp after the original Exorcist narrated by Blatty himself.

What three words best describe full cast’s performance?

That they just pulled the clips from the movie

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

None
