I was initially skeptical, but after first 2 minutes I was hooked. It's so funny, clever, and engrossing.

I'm not sure that I had an expectation about this book, but if I did, the book far exceeded. I have to listen to it again, as the concepts were so new that it requires a second reading.

I wish my high school taught this. who knows where my career or life could be, had I known about the emotional intelligence competencies back then. I've been in the military 15 years, and have not heard about these leadership styles.
