Before Elloren Gardner came to possess the White Wand of myth, the Wand was drawn to another bearer: Sagellyn Gaffney. Sage’s affinity for light magery, a rare skill among Gardnerians, makes her the perfect protector for the one tool that can combat the shadows spreading across Erthia. But in order to keep the Wand safe from the dark forces hunting for it, Sage must abandon everything she once knew and forge a new path for herself...a dangerous course that could lead to either triumph or utter ruin.

If you could sum up The Cruel Prince in three words, what would they be?

Addicting, Interesting and Fresh. I could not put this one down! I agree with the other reviewers that this is one of the best books I have read this past year.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Cruel Prince?

The end...was a surprise and the relationships between the characters...

What about Caitlin Kelly’s performance did you like?

Seamless, I enjoyed the story without noticing her which is great! I usually get irritated if there is weird accents or too strange voices.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Only for wishing for Book 2~

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Edited half of it out....it took too long to get to the interesting part and then I couldnt take it I stopped listening.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Priya Ayyar?

She was good but then got really boring not sure why.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Star-Touched Queen?

Too much thoughts and less actions.
