Very Good Audio-Book. I was a bit skeptical about this audio-book, however it is worth the money. The audio-book itself can give you a ton of information! I am really enjoying the audio-book! Best audio-book of all time! I have heard it and re-heard it many times.

This was really good for soothing my mind for sleep. Been trying out a few of these and this one worked fine for me. Need a few more for those nights when my mind is racing and sleep doesn't want to come and play.
