Was a interesting book to read. Kept me entertained. You can tell the author likes anime quite a bit. This story definitely feels like one. If you don't care for that kinda stuff I would stay away from this.

After reading the third installment so long ago and then returning to Daniel's coven I will honestly say that I wasn't enjoying the book that much at first. But as soon as Alana stepped in the book because amazing and I couldn't stop listening.

The most glaring setback I see for this book is how ridiculous the villain and the main character are at times. If either of them would learn to shut up and actually do what they were supposed to do the book would have been over.

The way that a lot of the humor in the book was came across as something you'd read in an anime. But the skeletons and undead were by far the funniest part of the book. Downright outlandish and incredibly silly.

Man this was definitely a good book. And the cliff hanger makes me want the next even more. Yet, good lord I hate frissia as a character. I understand her necessity to the story and supposedly being the polar opposite of rezkin but it does not make her any less insufferable. She causes the the most changes to the story besides the main character and offers little to nothing but her feelings or her supposed search to be happy.

I missed reading books from Michael. They always seem to have that right amount of fun and adventure with a necessary bit of technical background to make things believable. This was a surprisingly enjoyable book. Can't wait for more books.

The 21 hours to listen to this book flew by. Just hearing of kaiyer in his prime was amazing. Then to hear how the mind of how iolarathe works was very interesting. Lots of twists and turns and exciting the whole way through. I'm just said I won't find another good book to read for a while.

Making fun of the people that claim to have the answers to a particular race of people's problems justs drives it home. this book is satire but it touches on very real matters plaguing mainly blacks and other minorities in America. D.L. made a very entertaining book here but it still hurt all the same listening to all the accounts of injustice going on.

The plot grabbed me at first. I was thoroughly enjoying reading this book but the more it started to add certain characters the less I felt like finishing the book. The most redeemable character for me was the secret god. You could actually understand why he genuinely wanted to help the main character and why his demeanor was so positive to him. Other characters, especially the AI, I could not grasp why they were being so incredibly negative towards the main character or had such a negative personality. It honestly just made me put the book down and not want to read it again.

another hit by William. loved the dark adult feel from this book. the two main characters personalities compliment each other very well. also sets for sequels with quite a few people who can be villains or for the main character to seek vengeance upon them.
