Some to destroy it, some to claim it as their own, and still others just to preserve it. Michael Talbot, the master of finding friends in the most unlikely of places, is going to need all the help he can get as he has been singled out to not only be killed but to be erased from history. I only got 6 hours into this book before I put it down. it was a waste of 6 hours. I really tired to give it a chance. Author shipped around timelines like children playing hopscotch. I could barely understand where I was in the story and what was going on. I don't know if this was do to narrator or another but it was not smooth. Also the author was heavy on details and less story in my opinion. If you are into that this book is great for you.

Most people would be overjoyed to win $50,000 and the chance to star in a nation-wide commercial, even if it was just for a fast food joint like Camelot Burger. Then again, Clint Tucker has never been like most people. Ushered to the tropical paradise of Kenowai, he and the other winners undertake an island tradition for the cameras, one meant to free a local imprisoned deity. One with very specific requirements that have yet to be met. One that might just be a bit more authentic than any of them expected.

The people that tried to kill the world almost succeeded. They were fiendishly clever but they didn't take into account the vets, the truckers, and the two-fisted fighters who didn't know how to give up. Gunny and his band of survivors continue their journey along the Zombie Road, saving as many as they can along the way. They power through the undead hordes with their modified semi-trucks to beat the ticking clock of nuclear meltdowns.

I love the Zombie fallout series and all the main charters, but this is where it begins. If you love the ZF series this is a must read because this book explains how it all started.

Mark does a awesome job of delivering a great story again. With Sean Runnette petting the icing on the cake to make it perfect.
