When someone needs to disappear, the Chicago mob calls on Joe Rossi. A man who can move without a sound and kill without a word, they don’t call him the Shadow for nothing. This time, it’s a New York crime family in need of his skills, but it takes one glimpse of her to make him agree to the job. Liliana Marcello is every inch a principessa della mafia. Her life has taught her to be wary of strangers, yet her ballet career contradicts everything by putting her on display. It’s a man with a dark smile and a constantly changing demeanor that makes her feel safe again.

Joe Rossi is on a business trip in New York City. It’s no ordinary trip because Joe doesn’t work in an ordinary business. He’s a part of the Chicago mob and he’s been offered a job by the New York mob. As he’s in the city on an extended stay he begins to get to know a beautiful and shy ballerina, Liliana. She also happens to be the daughter of the New York boss.

This story was great. It was exciting and kept me on the edge of my seat nearly the whole time. I love how captivated Joe is by Liliana. Their passion and his dominance were red-hot! Don’t even get me started on his dirty taking ways. *drool*

Narration was done by Daniel James Lewis and he does a good job. His accent throughout was slight, but fit the story well. I quickly found myself lost to the narration and story. Would definitely recommend this to lovers of fast-paced mafia romances with great narration.

I loved this audiobook! The romance was was beautiful and the chemistry was sizzling. The storyline of love
and loss was squeezed my heart and never let it go. Riley was everything I wanted in a heroine: Strong, smart, sassy, and could go toe-to-toe with Brady. And what can I say about Brady? I loved him! He broke my heart at times, but put it back together and always kept me wanting more. The chemistry and passion between he and Riley was unreal and had me turning up my AC in late November! Their banter had me thoroughly entertained and a constant smile on my face. I even found myself tearing up a little at the end. Now that I look back I can’t believe this audiobook is nine hours long! It flew by and I still wanted more! I’m an official Samantha Christy fan and I’m running to listen to the other books in this series right away.

Narration was done by the audio-rockstars Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber so it was basically perfection. These two are automatic one-click narrators for me. If they narrate it, I’m buying it. Their narration here is absolutely effortless and you can’t help but get lost in the story and emotions. 5+ Stars.

As the owner of Pick-A-D*ck, New Orleans' premier hook-up website, my job is simple. Connect two people for a no-strings, no-expectations hook-up. The plus for my clients is that I'm the one who gets to sift through the d*ck pics - except this time, they're required. My problem? My brother, co-owner of Pick-A-D*ck's sister dating site, doesn't believe it's possible to hook up with someone three times and not fall in love. I disagree. I know it's possible. And my disagreement is exactly how I end up reconnected with my high school nemesis, Elliott Sloane.

After reading The Upside to Being Single I was not so patiently awaiting Peyton’s book and it did not disappoint. It was funnier, wittier, and more charming than I could have dreamed. Peyton and Elliot were romantic comedy perfection. Their push-and-pull attraction translated into sizzling hot chemistry and mouthwatering sexual tension in and out of the bedroom. And did I mention the banter? Because I love good banter and Emma Hart gives freaking amazeballs banter! But seriously, even with all that goodness I think Elliot’s daughter stole the show for me and my heart. Gah! I’m a sucker for kids.
Deliciously sexy, funny as hell, and everything outstanding is precisely what The Hook-Up Experiment is! The perfect mix of enemies to lovers and romantic comedy with Emma Hart awesome sprinkles on top.

Narration was done by Loretta Rawlings and Aiden Snow. Both new to me narrators and loved them together and individually. Have I been under a rock? Because Aiden Snow was the perfect mix of sexy and funny and I wanted more! Ms. Rawlings was just as great. I especially liked her southern drawl and excellent comedic timing. I need more audio from these two, stat! 5 Stars.

Picture this - I’m ready to win back the love of my life, and I’m going big this time. We’re talking boom box, sing her name in the rain, let the whole damn neighborhood know I'm good and ready this time around. After all, if you're going to grand gesture the ever-loving hell out of a second chance, you need to pull out all the stops. There’s only one little problem. My college girlfriend isn't the one who shows up when I play my "I'll do anything to win you back" tune. The woman who flings open the second-floor window tells me my ex doesn’t live here anymore.

Kyler/Tom, an engineer, is going to win back his girl. He’s going to win her back with a grand gesture. Unfortunately Tom performs his grand gesture on Finley’s front lawn. Finley, a sitcom writer with a show that’s this close to being axed, is not his girl. But she’s willing to help him get his girl while gathering ideas to save her show. Once they’re on their mission and begin to get to know each other everything begins to change.

I freaking loved this audio! I was dying at all the references and quotes about movies and tv shows I already know and love in the story! The banter between Tom and Finley is perfection and their chemistry snapped, crackled, and popped from the very beginning. Lauren Blakely has her characters flawlessly oscillate between sweet and sexy in a way only she can write it and it’s rom-com magic! I was either smiling, snort-giggling, or laughing out loud almost the entire time.

Narration by Andi Arndt and Joe Arden was all the things. Their comedic timing was brilliant and spot on. Six hours never flew by so quickly than listening to a fantastic book performed by the two perfect voices. 5 Stars.

I didn’t just enjoy Savage Prince, I LOVED IT! Now I sit here in an Oliver Twist-like trance begging for more.

Joe Arden was also great and was basically the cherry on top of this audio. 5 Stars.

Second chance romances are totally my jam. There’s something about two people coming together after enduring and overcoming that makes a love story so much sweeter and worthwhile. Add to that Kendall Ryan’s special mix of sweet and sexy with sprinkles of funny and angst and I’m one happy listener!

Jane was an easy character to like. Sweet, sassy, smart, and totally into sports. Football in this particular case. She’s driven and has reached the top of her profession via her own merit and hard work. Weston is yummy. He’s an professional athlete, sexy, and a bit of an ass. But what famous, sports hero isn’t? I loved Jane and Weston’s connection and these two had chemistry for days! I really liked watching them come together again and narrowly avoid the pitfalls in their relationship the second time around. There were a couple of times I found myself huffing in annoyance or giving a slight eye roll at their choices, but despite that the story was overall sweet and plenty steamy.

Narration by Andi Arndt and Sebastian York was perfect. You can’t ever go wrong with this narrating duo. Sebastian York as Wes was like like eating the perfect ice cream sundae: completely delicious and you feel happy after devouring it. Andi Arndt was equally fantastic. She’s a pro at bringing every emotion to life in her narration with her awesome acting skills and seamless transitions between characters. 5 Stars.

**The bonus chapters of Finding Alexei, narrated by Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke, at the end of this audiobook is the best and worst thing ever. Best because the book sounds freaking amazing and terrible because I am DYING for the rest of the book!

It’s as if Lauren Landish had a lot of things I love in a romance and wrote a story that included them all! Taboo, student-teacher romance, virgin heroine, yup! All here. It might sound like a bit too much, but it was oh so right!

Daisy can’t stand her professor, Connor. Despite thinking he’s sexy as hell, she also knows he doesn’t seem to like her as is evident in her grades. Still, she can’t help but be drawn to the arrogant man. Conner wants Daisy. He knows he shouldn’t because she’s a student and strictly off limits, but he can’t ignore his need for her much longer. And he doesn’t want to.

This story was freaking yummy! Fun, passionate, and hot, hot, HOT! I also loved the characters. Connor was such a delicious hero! Yes, he’s a super hot man in change, but he’s also got a great heart. His desire for Daisy had me fanning myself, but his love for her melted my heart. My only complaint is that I wish the audiobook was longer because I wanted more!

Narration by Melissa Moran and Tor Thom was spot on! Ms. Moran’s narration of Daisy was so great. Not only was it sexy, but she also gave her that young innocence that the character needed. Tor Thom as Conner was amazing! Sexy, commanding, and hot. I really enjoyed this narration pairing and can’t wait to hear more from them again. 5 Stars.
