I found the entire experience very compelling. The storytelling is outstanding and the application examples are well applied. It’s been a while since I experienced a title I didn’t want to stop listening to. I congratulate the authors on a extremely well done job.

Unbeatable mind has been a long journey for me, having to listen and re-listen all chapters more than once. In this journey I have jolted down many lessons which I now will develop into an even stronger mind to pursue my live goals, in and out of the sports arena. Very much recommended.

Seldomly we find books so well written with compelling stories that make the reader glued to its pages or, in this case, listen closely for hours. Maybe not as entertaining as other books in the field, but nevertheless interesting. I like the bottomline message of this book, which led me to conclude that talent is just a small part of the equation; hard work, consistency and perseverance are the traits of successful individuals. Very much recommended.

It’s very important to stay focused on the process and enjoy every single step of the way. The lessons learned through the reading of this book will stay with me as I pursue my own personal goals and strive to make my swimmers faster in the future.

The foundations of this material have provided exceptional clarity into how to approach the different personalities residing within the athletes I train, and has opened my eyes to great tools to improve the way athletes are lead into outstanding performances.
