I've been into Gestalt psychology for years and this book has given me another way to work with bodily sensations & their movement. Lovely.

couldn't finish it...kept trying based on the recommendations of others. I didnt find anything wise or remarkable in this writer's life or musings. not the right book for me-I couldn't be more opposite from her in every way. other people clearly like it.
