The narration is awful. He doesn't sound like he wants to do it. I can't even continue to listen to it.

Basically a low carb diet with other very interesting facts. I will incorporate some of these thoughts in my low carb diet but I can't follow 100%. He is on par with a lot of the other health books I've seen.
