the content of the book was good, it really helped me understand how watching porn changes the brain. I could have done without all the testimonials though. it seemed like they were never ending then I lost my thought about the ACTUAL content.

Didn't think I would love East of Eden as much as I did, but I am ready to get lost in it again. Wonderful, relatable characters filled a fantastic story and was a pleasure to read.
