Gang-fighters! Drug addicts. Teenage runaways and prostitutes! The toughest and most hopeless kids that New York's ghettos had to offer. Then a young preacher from the Pennsylvania hills arrived on their turf and began preaching a message of renewal, miracles, and God's love. This is one of the century's great true stories. Over 14 million copies in print!

I'll never again see Islam or Christianity the same. This is one of the most compelling cases for the Gospel I've ever experienced. Thank you Nabeel, I'm grateful for what you did for this world while you were here. Thank you David Wood, you both have opened my eyes.

God has promised us miracles. Are you willing to do what it takes to see them through? We all desire the favor of God on our lives. We eagerly pray and hope for his miracles, promises, and blessings. But carrying the promises of God often means being stretched, being inconvenienced, and being patient to nourish those promises until it is God's time for them to be born.

This is one of those books that will stick with me forever. It's a must listen! Only feedback is that the narrator read very slowly so I had to listen at 1.25x speed for a normal pace.

There are so many things I learned from this book and I’m so incredibly grateful to have had the privilege to listen to it. I’m absolutely inspired to challenge my own faith and put myself outside my comfort zone for Jesus now! It’s so cool to be able to listen and relate to Chad’s story, as real as it gets, warts and all to make me feel like there’s still hope. There’s actually hope that I can see miracles and experience Jesus at an entirely new level too... if I just take a chance. Love this read, thank you.

Will it Fly is my #1 read for 2016. I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it and not only am I implementing the content for my own business, but I'm also referring clients to it. I have the book in all three forms and I dedicate about 30m/day to the companion course. Great work Pat, keep fighting the good fight bro.

What made the experience of listening to The 4-Hour Body the most enjoyable?

The content and against the grain mentality towards health and fitness.

What other book might you compare The 4-Hour Body to and why?

The Four-Hour Workweek because it contains the same underlying, fundamental concepts: challenge society's most basic assumptions and look for opportunities. It's incredibly out of the box thinking that if one actually keeps an open mind an gives this stuff a try, he or she may even change their way of thinking not only about the body, but about the way we live life.

Have you listened to any of Zach McLarty’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Throw out everything you've learned about fitness, this method will blow your mind!

Any additional comments?

Read the Four Hour Workweek as well!
