At 22 years old, Sydney has a great life: She’s in college; working a steady job; in love with her wonderful boyfriend, Hunter; and rooming with her best friend, Tori. But everything changes when she discovers Hunter's cheating on her - and she is left trying to decide what to do next. Sydney becomes captivated by Ridge, her mysterious neighbor. She can’t take her eyes off him or stop listening to his playing his guitar every day out on his balcony. And there’s something about Sydney that Ridge can’t ignore, either.

If Darcy Barrett hadn’t met her dream man when she was eight years old, the rest of the male population wouldn’t be such a let-down. No one measures up to Tom Valeska, aka the best man on Earth, not in looks, brain, or heart. Even worse is the knowledge that her twin brother Jamie saw him first, and claimed him forever as his best friend. Tom’s off limits and loyal to her brother, 99 percent. One percent of Tom has had to be enough for Darcy, and her adoration has been sustained by his shy kindness. And if she’s honest, his tight t-shirts.

If anyone ever said being an adult was easy, they hadn't been one long enough. Diana Casillas can admit it: she doesn't know what the hell she's doing half the time. How she's made it through the last two years of her life without killing anyone is nothing short of a miracle. Being a grown-up wasn't supposed to be so hard.

Before you listen to a MZ book narrated by Callie Dalton, know that you will have to binge on all of them by this duo! And they may ruin you for all audio books to come! Callie is the best narrator in this genre, IMO, without a doubt! Love MZ's slow burning romances with strong character development. This wasn't my very favorite story (hard to beat Kulti and Wall of W) but I did enjoy it thoroughly!

He was tall, at least six feet, with dirty blond hair that hung over his eyes. His T-shirt read Nietzsche Is My Homeboy. So, that was Matt. Who Julie Seagles likes. A lot. But there is also Finn. Who she flat out loves. Complicated? Awkward? Completely. But really, how was this freshly-minted Boston transplant and newbie college freshman supposed to know that she would end up living with the family of an old friend of her mother’s? This was all supposed to be temporary.

Where to even begin. I've been listening to audiobooks for 7 years. So my library is large!

All you need to know is Zapata and Dalton are a dream team. Dalton is the best narrator I've ever heard! Her voice for Sal is perfect but her male voices are amazing (in her other Zapata narrations too)! This is a rare quality and makes the listen so much more enjoyable! Zapata is my new favorite author after listening to Kulti and her other audible books, no one can create the slow burn like her! It's actually depressing that I'm finished! I will miss these characters and how they have consumed me for the past week! Bravo audible and everyone involved!
