Basic book with written at a seventh grade writing level and no corresponding pdf available to get the important information on actual tapping sites. I would recommend buying a better version. If you want to read a primer to decide if EFT is for you and you know NOTHING about EFT, this is a cheap option

I have already read it twice just to absorb all the info and looking forward to additional work with the exercises. Everyone who is tired of being stuck deserves to experience the changes this book experientially walks you through. Good balance of head knowledge but then gets to your own core issues through the guided meditations .
