Maybe it was the Shenanigans gift certificate that put her over the edge. When children's librarian and self-professed nice girl Jane Jameson is fired by her beastly boss and handed $25 in potato skins instead of a severance check, she goes on a bender that's sure to become Half Moon Hollow legend. On her way home, she's mistaken for a deer, shot, and left for dead.

This book was hilarious! I listen while I work to audible. So I’m not sure if I missed when they described the characters(doubtful I missed all of the descriptions for each one?) I have no idea what Gabriel looks like. I have no idea what the main character looks like. The physical activities in the bedroom felt like a two second brief encounter etc...So to me, It was worth listening to it for the laughs but the story didn’t have too much substance behind it. Still a good book if you want to laugh. I prob won’t be repurchasing any further from this series because of the lack of all of the above. Maybe worth a credit but wouldn’t have spent any extra money purchasing further from the series.

With the convergence date looming closer, Abigail's in the final countdown to imprison the Seventine. It is do-or-die time, and she is determined that the Seventine will be the ones who die, figuratively speaking. Her current priorities: gather the Dronish half-Walker female and reform her melding bond with Brace. Okay, task one is going to be tougher than Abigail anticipated, but at least reforming the bond should be easy... right? Of course, that was before she met with the lalunas.

This book has an amazing story & keeps getting better each book I listen to. The one thing that stands out other than the book itself is the narrator... she is pretty incredible the way she reads all the character and the accents. Blows me away every new character that comes along in this series. Moving onto the fourth in the saga and I’m excited!

Go to Spurn, she was told. Oh, and by the way the planet is 95 percent water and the inhabitants are hybrid fish. Of course, no one seems to care that Abigail can't swim. Surprisingly, jetting off to a water planet is not the weirdest thing to happen this week. But she's on a deadline to the find the first half-Walker girl, as the very essences of the seven worlds are starting to unravel. And with each Seventine release, the chaos ricochets further.

Narration, very good. She does well with male voices and accents! Some books can be great stories but narration just blows the whole book for me.

Chase Winters was the bane of my existence. But he was also the lifeline of my heart and soul. Literally. Things are steaming up between us, and between the sheets. When his lips weren't locked with mine, they were spewing verbal crap. Half the time I don't know whether to kiss him or slap him. Our bond was more than just being connected, we are soulbound. The closer we get, the stronger the bond takes hold and now-a-days it seemed we are inseparable.

Oh my goodness? I thought this girl was a Tom boy? The narrator makes her sound like a snob with a whiny, high -pitched girl. I just couldn’t get past two chapters. That is really horrible... I really liked the first book & the narrator was fine. This second narrator made me laugh when I heard her do chases (the guys) voice!? How in the world did this get that many good reviews? Also, I went to listen to the last books sample and the guys voice was worse! I am just upset that I wasted time on the first book not to be able to finish the series!? That is a bummer:(
