Great Story, Wonderful Imagery, OK Reading Style
We as a family love the Ranger books. The story is superb, and if you listen carefully you will pick out wonderful historical insights. I was the narration were better. Don't me wrong, the reading is fluid and well done, but to my ear, sometimes it is hard to hear the switch between characters. The narrator uses similar inflaction and tone for many characters which flattens the story a bit. Still, this book in audible form is highly recommended.
