bad southern accents that would be considered insulting if it they were mimicking other accents. story was dull. hours of nothing. no progression. there author covers the main character's life so detailed that you just wish someone would happen. you'll never live the character as much as the author does. I quit listening. I hardly ever stop.

the author thinks that repetition of telling us how depressed someone is makes us understand they are really really depressed. skipped three chapters in the middle of the book and lost nothing. yeah we get it he's sad.. other than that it is interesting

Im not a prude but the sex in this book was so explicit that it ruins it. i didnt make it far as it was just absurd
