Rashid Sharif has never apologized for his wild lifestyle, but after one scandal too many, his family is fed up with his ways. He’ll agree to his brother’s outrageous demand that he marry, but it won’t be to some wallflower as his conservative family would prefer. If he’s going through with this farce, there’s only one woman he’ll take as his wife - his sister-in-law’s American friend Mila. She’s a rebellious little thing, with fiery passion simmering beneath her icy exterior. Although Mila’s never been more than coldly polite to him, Rashid will do what it takes to win her over.

This story is perfect for its characters or is it the other way around. I could see something like this happening. from the illegal betting to the family dinner. I hope Amera also gets a story.

An terrific story for a snowy day (not just snowy days tho). This is the first story in this series I have listened to. It didn't matter because it stands well on its own. I liked the characters especially Katie. She is a strong ambitionis woman. She knows her strengths yet doesn't appear conceited. Her love story makes a compelling tale.

Another excellent addition to MT Heat Series. As usual the characterization was on the mark. It was good to see some familiar people from past stories as well.

I especially liked Cara. She was almost too good to be true except I have met people like her.

I'm not usually a celebrity based romance fan. This story is an exception. Some of it may have to do with 5he series. after all the H is Trigger. A lot of it has to do with the way the media and problems that celebrities have to deal with are portrayed. In true Jennifer Ryan style the plot pacing is excellent as well as characterization. We get to see some characters from previous stories and there is an epilogue.

Another excellent, though shorter, story from Jennifer Ryan. We first met Caydin & Trigger toward the end of the MT Men series. Both strong determined men who live at the edge working for the DEA. Seeing Cayden get his HEA is great. Can't wait for Trigger.

The narrator did a awesome job.

I really like these characters. I like how Ms. Stoker brings in difficult issues. Issues that are real life for some people. Summer once had a excellent job, a home and money enough to provide for herself & more. It didn't take long before it was all gone. She was lucky enough to find a job and a roof over her head, not everyone is. It is a real issue and needs all the attention it can get.

There are serial killers. More than we want to acknowledge. But even if it happens only once that is once too many.
