Nice story overall, but i hate when a writer writes things that happened in a story and never explains it in the end. I finished with unanswered questions.

George Orwell depicts a gray, totalitarian world dominated by Big Brother and its vast network of agents, including the Thought Police - a world in which news is manufactured according to the authorities' will and people live tepid lives by rote. Winston Smith, a hero with no heroic qualities, longs only for truth and decency. But living in a social system in which privacy does not exist and where those with unorthodox ideas are brainwashed or put to death, he knows there is no hope for him.

This ambitious, electrifying work traces the harrowing journey of the famed Sarajevo Haggadah, a beautifully illuminated Hebrew manuscript created in 15th-century Spain.

When it falls to Hanna Heath, an Australian rare-book expert, to conserve this priceless work, the series of tiny artifacts she discovers in its ancient binding - an insect wing fragment, wine stains, salt crystals, a white hair - only begin to unlock its deep mysteries.

First, the main idea is nice and might even be new. The execution is sooooo unbelievable even for a sci-fi story. I don't want to mention any details (to keep it spoil-free). I wanted to finish the book as soon as possible to start a new one. The narration was good though.

when you read what it is about, u think it is going to be something grand but please don't get your hopes high. Good start, boring story line with non existing suspense ( I mean real one) and topped with a weak finish.

some parts of the story are really non believable.

to be honest, the narrator was one of the finest really (10/10) for that.

When she finds herself literally trapped within the four walls of their high-rise apartment, she is forced to confront her ghosts, the potential loss of her own identity, and the possibility that life may never return to normal.
