For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare - poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force Tactical Air Controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events.

It is hard to write good enough review for this book. This is something everyone should be reading asap! My respect for this great man is approximately 11x bigger than last week before I started reading this masterpiece. Now I feel like I know him personally and I feel empowered to take my life in my own hands. I consider myself highly self motivated but I see now where I fall short. Thank you for opening my eyes and letting me believe again.

Btw, I bet 50% of the audiobooks will employ this podcast/audiobook format in future. It is even better experience than audiobooks already are.

I like the fact that author read his book. He read clearly and is easy to follow. I devoured this book in two days and will now focus on implementing he’s strategies. I love the included templates. I will most definitely listen this again during this week while I’m working on building my habit system.

As you listen to this program, Les Brown will add strength to your purpose. For once you know that it’s possible, it’s necessary, it’s you and it’s hard; you still may ask yourself this one basis question – Why would anyone ask Shakespeare’s Hamlet says, “suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune?” We after all are not pain seekers. The only reason anyone with a sound mind would choose to endure in the face of great obstacles is this – It’s Worth It!

For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.
