I have not yet read, or heard, anything from Cara Awill Lebya that I have not completely enjoyed. I have always felt that us women need to stop being so petty and work together instead of agains each other. I have read the book twice, and listened to the audio book 3 times. It is great to listen to while driving to and from work.

Every leader, young or old, resonates with the dead-end feeling of not being in charge. Too often the lack of authority paralyzes leaders, leaving them believing they must wait to be in charge until they can lead. One of the greatest myths of leadership is that you must be in charge in order to lead. Great leaders don't buy it. Great leaders lead with or without the authority to lead.

The beginning was very well written, you get hooked and are ready to hear more. Then all of a sudden it is like being preached to. I am a Christian, I do go to church, and I do listen to some things on radio, podcast, etc. But had I of know this was going to be a sermon, I would have passed it by.
