This was obviously a low budget audio book recording so the performances are mediocre but voices are clear and not distracting. Story is amazing. worth listening to have the effect of a conversation vs. reading on page. This has opened me up on a higher level and I am so thankful to have found this.

The story is wonderful. Really amazing! It is a rare glimpse of the afterlife through the lense of science. SPOILER ALERT: science can't explain it..
my issues with the book was more about after the story is told. I wanted to hear more about the experience. Instead there are many more chapters where he philosophizes. It gets boring and impersonal. I am writing this while on chapter 40, trying to keep listening and finish it.

At first I didn't think I would enjoy it, but as I started to follow the underlying humor in the reality of the experiences I was able to connect them to my own experiences.

I didn't want it to end! loved this.

I've listened/read quite a few self help books of sorts and so far, this is my favorite! I am going to go back to it soon and re-listen.

I just wish it was longer. It's too short. my only complaint!

I just couldn't get through this. I know it's a classic. I've read other Stephen King and a couple other audiobooks, also quite lengthy but this I just can't get through. Maybe it reads better on paper?

Wonderful children's book. I'm also a music teacher and use this in the classroom. Use with book for the illustrations. It's a winner!

I really enjoyed this. I do not feel that the title suits the novel though. It's jarring and will shake up a bit, and I definitely learned a lot through it's revealing through a narrative. I've also started to question now many psychopaths and sociopaths I've met and know! Spoiler alert: if Hulu ask your self if you're a psychopath then you most likely aren't!

I love th is VC Andrews series amid the twisted journey it takes you on. For some reason the narrator's voice bothers me though. But that's a personal preference.

Positive, lovely, and uplifting. I love anything by Fred Rogers and this also gave insight on child care and child psychology.
