This was book 2 in "The Protectors" series. Trauma surgeon Ronan Grisham lost everything the day the man he loved was stolen from him in a brutal attack. For eight year Ronan as been killing people who commit some of the worse crimes you can think of. Seth Nichols is the younger brother of his dead lover he has been through a lot at. His parents were killed in a home invasion when he was 14 that left him for dead and then his brother was killed in what he thought was friendly fire in the army when he was 16 his grandmother died. Ronan has been watching Seth he knows that the younger man as been in love with him but when he kissed him he knew he had to let him go because his feelings for him. Seth has not had an easy life although he is rich he has anxiety and panic attacks and at one point he didn't leave his house for three years. When Ronan shows up he finds that Seth has been mugged he knows that Seth is in trouble someone is trying to kill him. He also finds out that Seth's therapist wants him and when the guys tries to force himself on Seth Ronan wants to kill him. This was a really good read with lots of emotions on both their parts. Ronan is not the same man that he was he has some secrets that he is holding out on Seth. I knew that Ronan's book was going to be a good one I listen and read this book all day. The sex scenes between these two were hot Seth was a virgin. Seth is running his father's company. I really liked both of these character's a lot. Ronan never realized that they needed each other or the fact that Seth had been suffering. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading and listening to the next book in this series.

They say that every tragic hero has a fatal flaw, a secret sin, a tiny stitch sewn into his future since birth. And here I am. My sins are no longer secret. My flaws have never been more fatal. And I've never been closer to tragedy than I am now. I am a man who loves, a man whose love demands much in return. I am a king, a king who was foolish enough to build a kingdom on the bones of the past. I am a husband and a lover and a soldier and a father and a president. And I will survive this. Long live the king.

When I first got this book I cried because this book is the end of this series. This was a beautifully written book that had me unable to sleep or eat I think I got maybe 6 hours sleep in 2 days. This is book 3 in the "New Camelot Trilogy" and what a book it is. This book picks up where book 2 "American Prince" left off with Embry The Vice President of U.S. telling his lover Maxen "Ash" Colchester who is The President of the United States that he is leaving him and running against him in the next election, he also tells him that he is being blackmailed by that witch and about and a son he didn't know he had. This book was painful to read too me I love these three. I also loved that we were able to read about past events in Ash's life he never felt unwanted or unloved even when he learned about his father. As a teen when he first discovered he liked boys and girls and how he was a virgin until he met Morgan and his side of the relationship with both Embry and Greer and how he fell in love with both of them at first sight. Ash also felt guilty for a lot of things in his life and one of them was Morgan. We also learned more about his relationship with his first wife Jenny and how he felt when she died. We also got to see how Ash was trained to be a Dominant and he had a scene with Embry that was hot. We also learned a lot about Merlin and why he did the things he did for Ash and to Ash and Embry. I also loved that even though they were running against each other Embry and Ash are still in love with each other and after each debate they got together and had some really hot sex. I loved how Greer handled that witch of a cousin of hers. I also loved the whole King Arthur Sir. Lancelot and Guinevere theme that was running through this book and I could see them in each of these character's. Ash felt that Embry and Greer needed time to grow to love each other without him and it was one of the reasons he did what he did. This book and series had drama tears and a lot of hot sweaty sex scenes. Ash is the King and a King will do anything to protect his Queen and his Prince. I am so glad that this book had a happy ending. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. If you love reading M/M/F with a drama twist than I recommend that you read this series starting with "American Queen" this is not a stand along series. I am looking forward to listening to this book on audio.

This was a really good read I have had this book for awhile and I am kicking myself for not reading or listening to it sooner. Jonas Davenport returned to the US after being in Paris for four years he will be opening an art studio. Ex-cop Mace Calhoun is working for an underground syndicate that seeks to get justice for the innocent by taking the lives of the guilty and his next target is Jonas. This book had me yelling at my kindle at Mace I just knew that Jonas was not the man that he thought he was and Mace knew it that was why he couldn't pull the trigger. Navy SEAL Cole Bridgerton has come home to the discovery that the younger sister Carrie who ran away from home eight years earlier is lost to him forever. When he comes looking for answers from Jonas we begin to find out some of the things that Jonas has went through when his parents put him out at the age of 14 for being gay. Mace feels the spark for both of the men the moment that he meets both of them. Cole who thought he was straight is confused he has never been attracted to other men before, but he can't stop thinking either man. Jonas begins to feel things that he has never felt before. When the truth comes out they realize that he is being set up and one of Mace's teammates is behind it. This was a really good read with some hot sexy scenes in it with these three. With the hit out on Jonas Cole and mace will do anything to keep him safe with the help of Mace's boss Ronan. These three men have a lot of baggage when Cole is shot protecting Jonas Mace finally reaches out to his parents who drop everything to be there for him. Mace help's Cole father get sober so he can be there for his son. This was a really good read with no errors in grammar or spelling I read and listened to this book at the same time. I am looking forward to doing the same for the next book Ronan.

This was book 15 in the "Black Dagger Brotherhood" series. This was a reread for me the first time I listened to it on audio this one I read. Xcor, leader of the Band of Bastards was convicted of treason against Wrath he shot him in the neck. Layla has spent months trying to for get about Xcor but she can't she has been meeting him in secret when the brothers find out Qhuinn is pissed that she put the twins in danger and he does and says stupid things like shooting in the room that the twins were sleeping in. He goes to the cave and he and Xcor fight and he escapes V and Layla find in the woods and snow almost dead. This book had a lot of things going on in it and at times it felt like too much. I really liked the story of Xcor and Layla she found out about Xcor's past and who is father is and as it turns out he has a brother and it wasn't who I thought it was. The sex between these two was hot. I really wanted to know what was going on between V and Jane and why was thinking about cheating on her. I also liked the storyline with Trez and the girl that looked like Salena and I am hoping that the author writes about them. I felt bad for Xcor I mean he was an unwanted child because he was born with a hair lip. He was lied to and abused by the bloodletter who was cruel I mean he treated his own son V bad and what was up with the fallen angel. I know that something big is going to happen in the next book with Xcor's former second in command building an army of fighters. This was a good read this book was very well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next installment of this series.

This was book 2 in the "American Queen" series. Embry Moore has been in love with Maxen Colchester for 14 years. In book one we got to read about Greer's history and a little of the history between Ash and Embry in this book how they met in the Army and how they became lovers and how Merlin was the one who convinced him not to marry Ash. This book had a lot of secret's in it. The book begins where the first one left off with Greer being kidnapped by a mad man and how Embry went to rescue her. We also learn that her cousin Abilene is so jealous of Greer that she would help a mad man kidnap her and she would do anything to get back at her. This book was painful for me to read at times I physically had to put my kindle down to keep from throwing it. I hate Abilene and Morgan for what this is doing to these three and I believe that Embry is right I think that Ash was being weak or maybe the author is saving it for the next book I hope. The sex scenes in this book were hot and Ash was as dominant as ever. I did feel bad for the "Little Prince" he put is own happiness on hold to protect those that he loves all because of a crazy B*tch couldn't get what she wanted and to think Greer as thought all her life that she wished she was pretty like Abilene. In this book we also learn that Morgan and Ash have a little secret of their own. This was a really good book a really good series it makes me wonder what is going on behind the W.H. doors. This book was well written like the first book with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.October 31st can't come fast enough.

“The little prince in the book is so wise but so sad. Has so much to offer this world and yet he can’t stop pining for the one he loves.”
Colchester looked right into my eyes and I could not look away.”

“Embry holds my husband’s heart in his hands and he doesn’t even know it. He’s too busy looking at the details of Ash’s faces to see the expression, too busy being in love to see how loved he is.”

I have to become more than a prince. I have to become a king Myself

This was a really good book so good that I stayed up all night reading it. The kinky President. Greer Galloway is the granddaughter of a former Vice President and she met Maxen "Ash" Colchester when she was 16 years old he was a Captain in the Army and ten years older than her and although he kissed her nothing else happened. Four years after that they meet again only she finds out he has a fiancée and she is heartbroken so as she is leaving a party she runs into his best friend Embry Moore who is also heartbroken and she spends the night with him and losing her virginity to him and when he doesn't call she is once again heartbroken. Fast forward five years Embry who is now Vice President turns up in her office telling her that the President wants to see her. Ash has wanted her for ten years his wife Jenny died of cancer a year ago and he sees as his chance to have Greer. This book was really hot the President is Kinky he is a dark and dirty Dom he has also been hurt in the past he was adopted as a baby and at his dead wives funeral he finds out who is father is turns out his father was President when Greer's grandfather was vice President. Ash also has a couple of deep dark secret's and on of them being that he has been in love with his best friend and Vice President for years and he even asked him to marry him twice and was turned down. Embry feels like a third wheel he is in love with both of them as well. This book was told from Greer POV she was raised around politics so she knows how to play the game. I did not like her cousin Abilene she was a jealous B*tch and I believe that she had something to do with the cliffhanger in this book. Ash warned Greer about Abilene 10 years ago and when she tried to kiss him and she didn't listen I would have cut her off after that. Greer feels insecure when around her she thinks that she is not as pretty as she is and she has two powerful men in love with her. This was a really good book and I was really glad that the author gave us backstory on these three and it was really hot the sex scenes were really good. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am really looking forward to reading books 2 and 3.

This was a short quick funny story. I mean a bunny and a shifter mated. This is book two in the Midnight Matings series this one was written by one of my favorite shifter m/m writers Stormy Glenn. The elders are tired of their younger people playing the field, causing trouble, and fighting with each other. Everyone who attends the UPAC Conference now has twenty-four hours to claim a mate of a different species. If they don't, they will never have a mate. The spell is cast. There is no escaping the Midnight Matings. Beauregard Stratford is a bunny shifter yes a bunny named Beauregard he is the only all white bunny shifter existence. He also is cursed with violet eyes, hyperactivity, a strong weakness for anything shiny, and a penchant for leaving bubble gum everywhere. Sebastian Drakus, a dragon shifter and prince. Sebastian can't believe that the elders are doing this he doesn't want a mate and as he tries to leave as the violence breaks out around him from the other shifters trying to claim mates as fast as possible he comes to the rescue of Beauregard who is running from a wolf who is trying to force him to mate with him. This book was funny I mean the things Beauregard gets into and his special skill of being so flexible. Sebastian who has to fight off a man that was his play toy who was not taking know for answer and a big misunderstanding. Beauregard who was a virgin before mating with Sebastian gets pregnant and Sebastian thinking that he was lied to not knowing that bunny shifters can get pregnant. This was a very good book that I didn't want it to end after everything that these two went through. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. If you like reading hot paranormal shifters who have hot sex and the book is funny. I recommend that you read this book. I am looking forward to reading the rest of this series.

This was a really good book and a really good series. Kenny is an Omega who thought he had a great life he is pregnant he has a loving Alpha Colin who is the pack leader of Whiskey River pack. When Colin tells him that his father has arranged a contract to mate a Alpha female so they could have peace between the packs. All is going well until he meets the alpha female Althea to takes a dislike to Kenny and wants to get rid of him and his unborn pup. When he says no he finds himself being taken to an Auction house to be sold Kenny is hurt that Colin would do this to him and not even allow him to say goodbye to his other kids. I hated Althea even when she was first mentioned in book 2. Colin thought that Kenny ran away and couldn't understand why. When Kenny is purchased by Drey an Alpha of his pack who is also a lawyer knows that it is something more going on with Kenny and when he calls Rafe he finds out that they have been looking for him that Colin was very upset that he ran away. I really liked this book it was the best one in this series so far to me. When Kenny is kidnapped again after being hit by a car he escapes and run into the forest he comes across Trevor who helps him by taking him back to his pack. Turns out Trevor has some kind of calming and heeling ability. The book also had some funny scenes like when the Alpha dragon came looking for help for his omega when he shifted he has a very big (stick) and all the omega's gasped it was funny. I also liked how Colin got rid of Althea and her brother. I really hope that there will be a 4th book in this series or a spin off I really am interested in knowing about the Dragon and his Omega Cian who Kenny met at the Auction house. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am really looking forward to reading the next book.

Spoiler Ahead This was a really good book. Crown Prince Nicholas Arthur Frederick Edward Pembrook or his Royal hotness was told by the Queen his grandmother that at the end of summer in 5 months that he has to marry and he doesn't take it too well, but duty calls. When he is asked to go to NY to reign in his little brother Prince Henry. While in NY he goes to a diner and in a drunken state he offer's Livvy the waitress 10,000 to spend the night with him she dumps pie on him. I liked Nicholas right away I what's not to like he's hot rich and a Prince. Olivia Hammond has had to grow up fast when her mother died she has had to take care of her little Ellie and her dad who is an alcoholic and run the family business the diner that her mother owned that's about to be foreclosed on. Nicholas was also had a tragic childhood his parents died when he was a kid and growing up in the spotlight isn't as all that great. I liked his friend Simon and his wife Franny I also liked her gay friend. I didn't like the Queen she was rude and not very nice to Livvy. Henry has a few problems after his time in the service. The sex scenes were hot the prince knew what he was doing. I really liked the narration of this book often times too me some accents are to heavy and both the narrator were just perfect. This was the first book in a new series. Henry is next and I am looking forward to reading or listening to that book.
