Loved it! 😍 I struggled to pace myself but it didn't work 😞 Competed this amazing novel in 1.5 days. I couldn't put it down! Loss of sleep, no chores done, my kids starved, and the boss was none to happy but oh boy I'd do it again and again. If only I could erase the memory of the book from my mind so I can relive it again 😳 It's a stupid exciting, gut wrenching, scary as hell, steering wheel squeezing thrill ride! Nicholas Sansbury Smith has done it again! And with the amazing narration of the mighty RC Bray, well, it's just amazing 🙃

It would have garnered more stars if the narration was better. No excitement or really good inflection in his voice at all, he sounded a little boring which deadened the overall story. And the scenes where a character has an accent was atrocious!! He sounded like a robot! I laughed at parts that should have been horrifying cause of his robot voice. Pitiful!! A narrator can really affect the outcome of the story and this one wasn't good. The story was okay, but I just didn't connect with the characters. So when their lives were in jeopardy, I didn't feel it. I don't think I'll continue the series.
