I was very surprised by the twists in this book. I really had a hard time putting it down. The mystery was fantastic because the writer knows how to pull you in and keep you engaged. When is the next one?

Please the morose music is annoying. This was okay but a stretch. The others in this series were better. I do like the reader. I will move forward to the next in the series, last chance!

I LOVED the characters in this book. I could visualize them, I could see the island, and feel the characters'emotions. Put a box of tissue by your side and be captivated. It's a great read/ listen and I learn a little Nothwest history at the same time. Win! Win!

I could not stop listening to this book! Every feeling I could have raised my curiousity, and I wanted the story to go on. I felt love, envy, joy, sorrow, pity, anger, faith, and shed tears but never stopped listening.

The writing was submerged. I could almost visualize the scenes that the writer created. I will listen again as it is a reminder that we should all care as much as Ms Faraday. Never forget what the nazi regenerate did?

Jojo Moyes has the best book recipes, I have read three and am getting another after I write this review. I love listen to a good story while I work or drive this one was captivating, surprising , and endearing.
