Whiskey Undone was my favorite of the Whiskey and Lies Series for so many reasons. Friends to Lovers is one of my favorite troupes and the fact that Lock and Ainsley have chemistry and attraction for day, got me hooked from the get go. A single parent trying to make his way, balancing life and love. A woman that can stand her ground, go toe to toe and has the biggest heart one can have. A little girl that makes you smile every time she appears on the page. See what I mean, all the making a good romance.

Lock and Ainsley share more than friendship. However taking that step seems to be too much for one and just the beginning for the other. Both Lock and Ainsley are strong willed and hardheaded. They share so many similar trails, making them the friend they are, but different enough to spice things up. Lock’s fierce protective nature and Ainsley’s strong will and devotion find things heating up in the most delicious ways.

Whiskey Undone is emotional and sexy with a bit of drama just for fun. Ms. Ryan once again gives her fans a very entertaining read.

My friends want me to get laid. So much so that they plastered my ugly mug all over campus in bold printed letters: Are you the lucky lady who's going to break our roommate's cherry? Him: Socially awkward man with average-sized penis looking for willing sexual partner. You: Must have a pulse. He will reciprocate with oral. Text him at: 555-254-5551. The morons can't even spell. And the texts I've been receiving are what wet dreams are made of. But I'm not like these douchebags, no matter how hard they try to turn me into one.

Rhett has all the makings of a true southern gentleman. Kind, respectful and an accent that can make you melt. In trying to better his life, Rhett keeps getting handed a bad deal on every hand. Yet with all the crap he deals with he remains respectful and surprised me on many levels. Rhett doesn't have a single clue as to how good of a man he is. That is one of many thing that made me very much like Rhett.

Laurel took a bit to grow on me. Beautiful, confident and not to be judged by her cover. At first she came off as a bit conceded. As I got to know Laurel I realized there is a side of her I didn't foresee. She is kind and caring in a way I didn't realize she had in her. Laurel is not my favorite but I don't dislike her.

The Learning Years was a surprise of a listen. Sara Ney has some solid writing skills. I'm not much of a NA reader but this one I found very entertaining. Rhett is worth the read alone. The amount of sexual tension between Laurel and Rhett is pretty amazing. A slow burn, truly get to know each other kind of slow burn build up. There are some events of the book that run close to a line of this I don't tolerate in my reading but I will say I loved how the hero of this tale showed what a true man can be.

The dual narration of Josh Goodman and Muffy Newtown is amazing. I truly believe together they have given a depth to The Learning Years that I feel I would have not gotten had I read the book instead of listening! Josh and Muffy made me feel what was going on within The Learning Years.

Carrie Ann Ryan entices, temps and makes the reader melt with the amount of heart and heat in Her Warriors Three Wishes.

Her Warriors’ Three Wishes is my favorite Dante’s Circle series book. I am also a sucker for a good ménage. I love Balin. He’s a rebel among his kind. He also had this innocent nature with his naughty ways. I found him unique. Ambrose had it all and it was taken away. Making him reserved and even coming off as a bit of an ass. Jamie puts herself out there and doesn’t give up. Even when her true nature is revealed she keeps her head high.

Carrie Ann Ryan puts the reader in the middle with an angel on the left, a demon on the right and they’re both talking dirty in your ears. Holy hotness. Gregory Salinas sultry narration takes readers on this sexy and suspenseful, fast paced story that will have your ears turning red. I love the combination of all the different paranormal elements. The characters are fun, feisty, and well developed. Her Warriors Three Wishes is a wickedly naughty listen.

Beth Yarnall surprised me in many good ways with Rush!
Mi is an amazing character. Confident, yet insecure in many ways for both. The plates she joggles, that most people don't know about, would have most people pulling their hair out. However this woman goes on TV and with pride and confidence sells adult toys. Giving her a swoon of fans and creepers. The strength she must possess in so many aspects of her life, leaves this strong woman a bit naïve at times. Mi finds a way to continue on, even when life would be broken from most. Strong doesn't begin to describe her.
Ex-Navy and Bodyguard Lucas got more than he bargained for when paying back a favor. The man is as hard as the come. Yes, in every way! He's strong, takes no crap and can intimidate just about anyone. He also has a kind, loyal and caring heart that makes saying know to him quite a hard thing to do. Lucas will sweep you off your feet, swoop in, pick you up, and leave good chills going up and down your spine.

High five to Beth Yarnall! A superb mix of suspense and romance. With unexpected drama that is just as intense as the passion. Plot twist that drop jaws and engaged the reader fully. Mi and Lucas turn this story into intricate adventure while getting to see the craziness to the happily ever after.
Steven Barnett flawless deliverers the emotions, passion, fear, desperation and pleasure that Ms. Yarnall gives readers in Rush.

In the darkness of tragedy three people, bound together by years of friendship stop skating around their feelings and start living their most erotic fantasies.

Mason is dominant to the core. Tyler is an alpha with a submissive side and warm hearted nature. Lacey is young but not naïve with a passion that’s waiting to be tapped. These three have bonds that go deeper than friendship. In the wake of losing a brother and best friend the feeling that have been pushed away for years surface with a renewed blaze.

As each one struggles with their own personal issues surrounding an untimely death, the bigger struggle is accepting the reality that what they feel is not unconventional. Jayne Rylon gives readers one hell of a smoking hot story. Highly erotic with a dash of suspense and a lot of unexpected emotional turmoil. Mason struggle was not what I expect at the beginning of the book. He was a much deeper character than I gave him credit for. His story changed changed the book in a very good way for me.

Gregory Salinas smooth and seductive voice perfectly delivers all the emotion, passion, fear and hope that Mason, Tyler and Lacey experience through their journey. Reading Night is Darkest was hot, listening to Gregory read it takes the erotic level of the book three levels higher.

Austin and Sierra’s story is fun, overwhelming, passionate and heartbreaking. Carrie Ann Ryan never fails to make her reader feel. Strong, hard and real emotions. Delicate Ink is more than Austin and Sierra’s story. It’s learning to love and family is more than blood. The Montgomery’s have big hearts and open arms. Even in a time a family crisis, then are more than willing to step up or take more into their hold. I truly love this series.

Forgiven

Cora and Soren story is dangerous, sassy and sexy. Past lovers find themselves in each others path when the humans force the wolves and tigers into one compound. Sorens mistake of the past has him chasing after anything Cora will give him. Lust takes over and the humans butt in, sending a love struck wolf on on the chase for his mate.

The Branded Pack series has quickly caught my attention. From concept of the series to the plots of the individual stories are dark, dangerous and hands down sexy. Living within the rules while breaking the rules. Alexandra Ivy and Carrie Ann Ryan’s talent separately has had me reading them for years. Together they are phenomenal. From character development to world building and plotting, they’ve got it going on.

Aiden Snow makes Stolen and Forgiven come alive. His voice flawlessly takes this story to another level.

When protection makes the badass fall hard, he and his exquisitely delightful and dirty mouth will stop at nothing to get the woman that has become his world.

Swan is so complex and simple all in one. Smart, beautiful, sheltered and naïve. Living in a bubble of a world, her social skills may not be up to par, but she can withstand and endure things most grown men can’t. Drawn into a world unknown to her simple life, Swan falls into head over heals in more ways than one. Family, independence and a God of a man, change her life in a blink of an eye.
