Justin Cuevas is going through a rough patch. A broken relationship, a scandal, and the demise of his band have shaken the aspiring rock star’s confidence. Working two jobs and sleeping on his friend’s sofa isn’t ideal, but Justin isn’t ready to give up yet. With a little luck, he’s hoping to re-launch his music career in LA with his new band, Zero. The key is to stay focused, and not get distracted by his past...or the sexy songwriter he can’t get out of his head. Gray Robertson has written dozens of hits and worked with some of the biggest names in the industry.

I really loved this book. I don't write reviews explaining the book but I will say that this book lays the groundwork with some great characters for many books to come! (fingers crossed) I want to know more about these main characters and how their future plays out as well as see the supporting cast get their story told. Thank you Lane for another great read. Need more words!!!

After a childhood of abandonment, Matt Argento never imagined someone might love him - much less someone like Rhys Nyland, who has the voice of an angel, the looks of a god, and the worship of his fans. Matt and Rhys come from different worlds, but when they meet, their chemistry is incendiary. Suddenly, Matt finds himself living a life he never thought possible: safe and secure in the arms of a man who feels like home. But when Rhys leaves to go on tour for his new album, Matt finds himself haunted by the ghosts of his past.

Greg Boudreaux played me like a fiddle with his story telling. I felt it all through his words....the actual words of Roan Parrish, which are woven so painfully beautiful and quite the ride. I don't like reviews that tell me the story. I like to read a review that tells me how great it is and to "pick me!" when you are searching for your next best read. here it is, folks. buckle up! Take a vacation, they said. Get away from Silicon Valley's backstabbing and power-grabbing. Recharge the innovative batteries. Unwind, then come back stronger than ever. Instead, I got lost at sea and fell in love with an antisocial lobsterman. There's one small issue: Owen Bartlett doesn't know who I am. Who I really am.

Call Me by Your Name first swept across the world in 2007. It is the story of a sudden and powerful romance that blossoms between an adolescent boy and a summer guest at his parents' cliffside mansion on the Italian Riviera. During the restless summer weeks, unrelenting but buried currents of obsession, fascination, and desire intensify their passion as they test the charged ground between them and verge toward the one thing both already fear they may never truly find again: total intimacy.

I'm not sure what all the hype is but this book just didn't pull me in and make me want to read. Surprised it was made into a movie. I've read plenty in this genre and this one was a struggle. To each his own on this one.....

Paxton Vance isn't as cryptic as he thinks. That broody nature and tough-guy exterior aren't fooling me one bit. I know everything about him. I listen in on his most personal phone calls. I read his mail before he does. I even know what his mother got him for Christmas last year. You're the man of my dreams, Paxton Vance. You just don't know it yet. But don't worry, I'll remind you. I'm here to give you everything you need, before you know you need it.
