The continuation of Dennis Prager's bestselling five-part commentary, The Rational Bible. Why do so many people think the Bible, the most influential book in world history, is outdated? Why do our friends and neighbors - and sometimes we ourselves - dismiss the Bible as irrelevant, irrational, immoral, or all of these things? This explanation of the Book of Genesis, the first book of the Bible, will demonstrate that the Bible is not only powerfully relevant to today’s issues, but completely consistent with rational thought.

Excellent summary of the 5 books of Moses. The beginings the strugles, the stumble blocks in the path of the Israelites from slavery to the land of milk and honey. Vivid description of the places where they were. New research now appears to show that the central route in Sinai was the one followed, and that the crossing of the Red sea occurred at the gulf of Akaba, at Nueiba. Mount Sinai located in southern Suadi Arabia appears more in tune withe bible's description. Material for another trip for someone else, in light of new discoveries as God continues to reveal Himself to humanity.
