This book taught me the basics which i suppose is all its really Explain for. I was hoping more for some pointers as to day trading, but this book never really covers anything more than long term investing.

I bought this book as a result of cardiomyopathy as my cardiologist recommended that I needed to start eating and anti-inflammatory diet. I've been trying the recipes and they are really good. The recipes call for fresh foods in the smoothies. Many of the cooked meals call for lots of coconut products. I've had never heard of coconut amino acids but it taste a lot like soy sauce. Proteins consist of chicken, fish, beans, squash, nuts and hemp. Great book!

Clean in this case means unprocessed whole food, organic when possible, as opposed to packaged or processed food. You can't go wrong with this as a starting point! In terms of the information presented in this book, unless you are completely new to healthy eating, you will find little that is new to you.

Except for the tofu waffles there was no liquid so it was not batter and even when modified the waffles never cooked all the way through. Other than that one issue the book is great.

I have truly delighted in glancing through this book. There is a statement for everyday. On the off chance that you need a stimulating beverage then this book has something that would help. Get a day by day portion of diversion and genuine statements. It is pocket estimate so it is anything but difficult to go with. Simply toss it in a medium-term sack and take it with you anyplace. I prescribe this book to everybody.

This is a very practical, very easy to follow book with great photos and recipes with all the ingredients very clearly marked. I loved it and am looking forward to making several of the recipes that I read about. It also gives a good explanation of what the Mediterranean Diet is and why it is good for you. I loved it and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to eat healthier. Perfect diet!
