I love this book, everything about it was perfect, including the narration! Suuch a heart tugging story, in a very good way. One of my favorite parts was when the senior men, retired military, stepped forward announcing their military branch and rank, wanting to be part of saving Jennifer and Ross. I wouldn't change a thing about this book, it was perfect all around. Looking forward to continuing with the series!

.....a. sweet love story, with some adorable surprises thrown in. Strong, powerfull Len, who's just a puddle of mush inside. Then there's feisty, determined Janie. Things were a bit angsty at times, but by the end I was thoroughly rooting for Len. Don't want to give things away so grab the book and enjoy a very romantic ride!

I can't say enough good about. this book! From the beginning it grabbed my heartstrings and never let go. Such a nice mix of experience and innocence. Trevor was the very experienced one, while Becky was very innocent even though she grew up in one cult then married into another. She took back control and escaped, almost directly into Trevor's capable arms. We get to see Becky grow into her freedom and enjoy life, with Trevor's guidance. Trevor was so very patient, loving and understanding, right up through the end of the book. An awesome guy who went from being quite a playboy, to loving everything about Becky, even with her very serious intimacy issue. They made their relationship work despite her inability to consummate their union.

One of my favorite parts was Trevor asking cousin Travis for advice, it was good to see a settled Travis. The river tubing was also fun, wish I was there too! I feel as if I knows all the characters so well now, they're very real, making me want to be part of their circle! Haha, no I'm not crazy, I do know they aren't real, but that's how real and likable the families are! Definitely a series worth listening to, then continue with the Thompson family series. same characters you will remember from The Six Pack Ranch books.

Hope you enjoy as much as I did! Just remember, although I tend to focus more on the relationships, there's quite a bit of adult content in this series, if that's a problem for you then these books probably aren't for you.

It took a hell of a lot of fast-talking and more than a few speeding tickets before Mitch Thompson convinced Constable Anna Coleman to take him for a ride. Only now that she's loosened off her stiff RCMP uniform, it's not nearly enough. Their secret sexual escapades are mind blowing, but Mitch wants more than her body, he wants her heart. It's a dangerous road to walk, and Anna doesn't know how far she can safely tread. Bad boy Mitch may have lured her wild side out to play, but giving in to their increasingly passionate desires could endanger her very civilized career.

....but good. I'm glad I got to hear Anna and Mitch's story. It was a good length for a fairly uncomplicated love. I'm happy for Mitch in particular , because he was judged so harshly by the community, he deserved his happily ever after. I admit I wasn't crazy about Anna in the beginning, but she realized her error and what an awesome guy Mitch was, then her personality did an about face. I was also happy with the very sweet ending. I was happily surprised to find this series, although it's volume 1 in a different series, it's still has the Coleman family in it too so I already know the characters. It seems like more of a continuation of the Six Pack Ranch series, which I loved!

short but sweet. It was nice to hear Lee's story, and it was just long enough. It was a simple story, so any longer would have made it too full of unnecessary filler. I normally like full length books better, but I was fine with the length of this.

Another nice story in the series. I enjoyed the book, though I did have to struggle with some of it. It didn't capture me as much as some of the others, this almost seemed like more of a fluff piece. As always, I did enjoy the characters and the men are so devoted and loving it makes me a bit envious! I would have to put an adult content warning on here, so don't be taken by surprise at the "non vanilla" intimate parts. Not my favorite, but worth listening to, to keep up with the characters and storylines.

Vicki Hansol made different choices than her less-than-reputable mom and sister, yet her fiery temper has left her branded with the same town-bad-girl label. When she desperately needs a change of scenery, her get-out-of-town-free ticket arrives - and requires that she face down one of her deepest fears. Easygoing Joel Coleman has nothing to complain about, but he's never really done anything to brag about either.

Allison Parker needs a convincing excuse to come home to Rocky Mountain House, a hopelessly romantic reason that won't let her mother suspect the truth - that Allison has discovered Mom is keeping a terrible secret from the family. Gabe Coleman is struggling with two of the roughest parts of ranching: dealing with his bull-headed mule of a father and making enough to pay the bills. When his old friend Allison offers to help him develop his ideas for organic ranching - in return for pretending to be her fiancé - it sounds like the perfect set-up.

Matt Coleman always figured that at this point in his life, he'd be settled down with a family. Since his ex split for the big city, though, no way will he give anyone else the chance to drop-kick his heart. Physical pleasure? Hell, yeah, he'll take - and give - with gusto, but nothing more. Hope Meridan is working long hours to hold on to her new quilt shop, going it alone since her sister/business partner ran off. Sex? Right, like she's got the time. Not that she doesn't have the occasional dirty fantasy about Matt.

Narration was good, The narrator does a good job with the voices. Off to see who's next in the series!

Beth Danube's emotionally abusive husband is dead and buried. So is her heart. It's no big deal, she has all she wants: her three little boys and a fresh start in a small Alberta town. What she doesn't want is another man in her life-not now, maybe not ever. After ten years of unsatisfactory, missionary-position sex, she never expected her libido to reawaken. One look at sex-in-boots Daniel Coleman in a Calgary bar, though, blows the dust off her sexuality. Sensing an edge of desperation, even fear, beneath Beth's come-on, Daniel finds himself giving in to the powerful urge to let his normally subdued desires run wild.

I really liked this book, I think it was relatable for a lot of women. (except come of the graphic intimate scenes haha) Daniel was so patient and tender but never weak and Beth wasn't a whiney victim. My favorite part was when the oldest boy called Daniel dad. Once again, the narrator did I an amazing job!
