I will probably listen to this a few times to absorb all the valuable lessons!
The author reads this book very well and it is not boring. Keeps you engaged. Make she want to keep listening to it every chance you get.

Great info here! Learned a lot but too long. Also selling items that are expensive which is great if you can afford it... but gives good alternatives that anyone can get in the grocery store including good foods to favor and foods to avoid.
