This book was a wonderful winding drama, and I could not stop listening! The narrator does a fantastic job of different accents and tones as she switches between characters and I even came to know which character it was before hearing the name. Just when you think you've figured out the mystery, another unexpected turn is taken. The book seamlessly layers the stories of all the characters, the plot is airtight, the descriptions so vivid I can just see it all play out in front of me. I highly recommend this novel!

Great book but if you're a listener of the podcast, you will notice a lot of overlap. Still worth a listen because the emphasis is to give you an action plan, not just retell the stories.

At its core, The Power of Habit contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, raising exceptional children, becoming more productive, building revolutionary companies and social movements, and achieving success is understanding how habits work. Habits aren’t destiny. As Charles Duhigg shows, by harnessing this new science, we can transform our businesses, our communities, and our lives.

It helped frame my thoughts in a different way, to further understand why we do what we do. I'm excited to have this knowledge and will be following the framework to help me rewrite my own 'bad' habits.
