Excellent story, although strange choice of narrator (British accent). Still, the book is completely absorbing and I finished it in 2 days

Weird storyline but it wouldn't matter what story they choose, it's written brilliantly. Too short, could have doubled its length but writing like this must take a huge amount of effort to think up punchlines for literally every sentence. I don't know if this was released in paperback/book form but it would be useless reading it on ones own, you need to hear it read by Alan

Easily the best audio book I've ever listened to. Id never read The Godfather before, and im so glad I came to it via this medium. The narrator was a perfect choice. Loved it. Sad it's finished. Nothing else will be this good from now on.

I don't know who nick bostrom is, but i reckon he should be awarded an honorary doctorate for this book. This is perhaps one of the most well thought out books I have ever read, in any field. The epitome of the depth of human thought

The author has done his research to put together a good picture of life in the camp. Don't know anything about the author but he certainly has some agenda trying to push christianity on the reader. This became annoying to the point where I almost gave up listening to the book altogether. But i persisted and it's a nice story. There are better holocaust stories than this though.

Love Bill Bryson, every sentence is hilarious. These 3 books have been abridged well, in the sense that you don't feel like you've been ripped off any juicy parts. Worth it for 17 hours of entertainment

There is now way this audiobook will be of any help to you if you're brand new to the french language. You'll need a wide vocabulary and a decent amount of grammatical training first.

As an intermediate however, this helped me immensely.
