As I'm casual at best, I quickly lost interest. Not a story but merely a compilation of Potter creatures.

Couldn't ever get passed the completely improbable scenario of a naval flag officer turning amateur assassin. Also, could do without the special friendship between a devout Catholic bishop and the Spanish king (also improbable). However, I did enjoy the bread crumbs of Spanish art and architecture.

Robert is very clever and witty and I'm a fan of his work; however, he apparently is terribly confused about gender and the unique and beautiful things that make the sexes different. His insistence on dragging us along while he pontificates on this subject lost me in the end and forced me to drop a couple of stars overall.

Sordid doesn't apply.. Just like the word. Kept me very engaged and as always with Coulter I was schooled as only she can. Informative and eye opening. Ann did good job on the read, her voice drives it home.
