Great book, full of useful and profitable information. I was surprised at how quickly after finishing the book I was able to notice certain tells that I would have previously overlooked.

Like most of the other low reviews have stated. This book contains 90% filler. This book mostly tells uneventful stories with very little about how to actually form new habits.
