excellent character building, detailed and through. As the story goes on. deeper and deeper you feel a part of it. The narrator does a fabulous job of building suspense as well as convey the atmosphere during battle scenes. I feel the author is a rival to any when it comes to a riveting and sometimes comical story. Very few can compare.

I was given this book for my unbias review of the story. That no way influences my review.
Easy listening story line. I really liked the way the Author took a different approach to the story. It deffinatly kept me guessing to what was going to happen next. The dry humor was another fresh aspect to a Fantasy book.
The only draw back i had with this book is I felt a little lost at times. Just a little more time spent with the world building would have helped me keep up better.
Overall I give it a big thumbs up, and I'll definatly listen to the next in the series.

The narrator did a great job with the story. And the story is very good. The only thing bad I can say is that some of the book was a little predictable. With that said, I would recommend the book to anyone, especially new listeners, the narrator really make the story easy to listen to.

I am hooked. This series is gripping in twists, turns, deciept and honor. The mystery keeps you searching for answers, but the honor displayed by some stirs sonething inside each and every one who listens to this book. From great battles that leave you breathless to the love and the loss portraied you won't be able to stop listening.
Fabulous book in a fabulous series.

This is another exteodinary book in this series. You defiantly would need to have listened to the first 3 books to know what is what in this book. Once you have that foundation , this book gets you deeper and deeper unto the twisted world of good vs. evil that is never quite as bold a line as we think it should be.

This is a story that will keep you awake at night wondering who and where we have men doing the hard work to keep us free. The sacrifices made by individuals can not be understood by anyone that has never been part of the brotherhood that makes them everyday. A exciting and emotional look into our nations finest.
