Charles Edmund Cullen is a former nurse and the most prolific serial killer in the history of the East Coast, if not in all of American. He has confessed to killing more than 40 people during his time as a nurse, and subsequent interviews have indicated that the actual number could be far, far greater as he cannot remember names but can remember specifics of the events. All told, experts believe he may have killed as many as 400 people.

I use herbal remedies for everything because with pharmaceutical products too many cause further health issues. Our bodies are able to heal themselves. By taking herbal teas we can further help our bodies to fight any illnesses or diseases we get. This is an excellent beginners guide.

I think the reason I enjoy Martin's books so much is the balance of practical advice and research. He supports his recommendations with results he's achieved, backed by studies he's researched. Not everyone will have the same drive, but to the extent you choose to follow some of his very practical options, you may be that much closer to achieving success!

That being said I do believe that is some cases people genuinely have chemical imbalances and require medication. This book is a great guide to help you understand how they way you think may be detrimental to your mental health and guides you through ways to improve it.
