The narrator is HORRIBLE. Her voice is irritating and she doesn’t do any different voices at all. Joe sounds like Stephanie who sounds like Grandma. And Ranger doesn’t even have a Spanish accent!!!!!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

You can tell she only put about 6 months of work into this. Once you get on Oprah, though, your book will sell regardless. Working on marriage number FOUR, however, certainly makes her an expert on how to get married - whether you STAY married doesn't seem important.

As always, Brene's research gives you plenty to think about and challenges you to grow. The narrator, however, reads in a breathy, overdramatic tone that is downright irritating. I much prefer when Brene narrates her own books.
